Last month, as part of our programme of Christmas charity events, Stirling Developments (working in conjunction with Dunfermline Foodbank) offered Dunfermline Foodbank users the opportunity to dine-out on the run-up to Christmas. Participating restaurants included neighbouring premises Dine At 29 and Incontri (Bruce Street), both of which were delighted to take part.
Having a night-off from cooking at home to enjoy a cooked meal out with loved ones is something so many of us take for granted. Watching families, couples and individuals socialise and spend time together was extremely rewarding for all involved. Stirling Developments was delighted to offer this opportunity to some of those less fortunate in our community.
Dunfermline Foodbank is part of a nationwide network of foodbanks, supported by The Trussell Trust, working to combat poverty and hunger across the UK.
